Founded in 1976, Strothmann Contracting LLC is a client entered and results focused construction business. With a solid a reputation for doing honest work, the company places integrity and skill at the front of everything we do.

More often than not, clients come to us via referral or word of mouth. The construction industry may be big but it's still a pretty tight community. We know the better our services the more opportunities will come our way.

Bill Strothmann

I have been married to Barb for 50 years, and we are the proud parents of three adult children, Steven, Stacey and Patrick. Strothmann Contracting was established 40+ years ago in 1976. These many years of work have allowed me to hone my skills in all areas of building. I have a South Carolina Residential Builders License that allows us to perform and complete all phases of residential construction. As a result, we keep the parade of subcontractors working on your project to a minimum which, in turn, allows us to work efficiently and stay on schedule.

We attribute our longevity and success to a high degree of integrity and our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We live by the motto: " If the customer is happy, we are happy." We listen and work closely with our customers to interpret their wishes and dreams and translate them into reality.

It is a dream come true to have grown the business to partner with our two sons, Steven and Patrick. They bring years of experience to the business. We all share the same passion and commitment to the customer. Your satisfaction is our goal!

Steve Strothmann

Born in 1971, I have followed the evolution of the building trade industry to what it is today. You may think, "How can a 47 year old know so much?" The answer is simple! From the age of eight I was involved with the business! I would hang out with my Dad at the job sites and help clean up. My interest grew from clean up guy, to helper, to apprentice, to carpenter. Throughout high school, I focused on developing my design skills taking architectural and computer classes. After high school, I pursued and completed a degree in Architectural Design and Engineering at SUNY Alfred. After graduation, I worked in various jobs using my skills to design, estimate, and function as a project manager. In 2009, the industry slumped to a point of uncertainty that moved me to return to school to obtain a degree in nursing. A big step, but a rewarding one. In 2014, I was homesick for the building industry and moved to Anderson to become a part of Strothmann Contracting. It was here that I met my lovely wife Rae. The combination of the talents provided by the Strothmann family will ensure our work will meet all of your expectations.

Patrick Strothmann

I have been married to my wife Kari for 15 years, and I proposed to her after a marathon. This year, we welcomed our first son into the world, Keymoni. I believe that in order to get results, you have to work hard and always be willing to adapt and change. I started in the construction business at the ripe age of 5 when I helped clean up jobs and was named "CUP" (Clean Up Peon). I have spent a lot of time developing my skills over the years since then, and I want to continue the legacy of Strothmann Contracting in providing customers with the highest quality of craftsmanship. I have become very passionate about working with tile. It is truly an honor to be working with my father and older brother Steve.
